Donation Agreement

Effective Date: This agreement takes effect from the time of the last update to the page content.

Applicability: The Terms and Conditions of this Donation Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) are specifically designed for the second phase of the Donation Program. You (hereinafter referred to as "You") acknowledge that you have fully understood and voluntarily agree to comply with all provisions of this T&Cs.

I. Recipient Entity

This donation program is initiated solely by the Xone Foundation - Huione Foundation, which serves as the recipient entity and will manage the donated funds.

II. Community Role

This donation program is voluntarily organized by members of the Knight community. We emphasize that participation is entirely voluntary, with no mandatory conditions.

III. Participation Threshold

You must be at least 18 years old, ensure that your actions comply with local laws and regulations, and deeply understand the risks involved in cryptocurrency and blockchain projects.

IV. Preliminary Preparations

Before participating in the donation, please ensure you have done the following:

• Obtain a knight invitation code;

• Install at least one of the following: MetaMask, TronLink, OKX Wallet, or Huione App;

• Create and securely store a BSC chain-based, EVM-compatible wallet address and its private key.

V. Donation Plan Details

• Start time: De1ember 11, 2024;

• Each participant is limited to one donation;

• The donation amount for each portion ranges from 10 USDH to 10,000 USDH;

• The donation quantity must be a multiple of 10, such as 10, 20, 30, etc.;

• The number of tokens received for each donation is calculated as: “Donation amount divided by 0.15 USD.”

VI. Token Distribution Strategy

The token distribution for the second phase donation plan will be finely adjusted based on the execution of the first phase, aiming to ensure that the token release aligns with the ecological development needs.

VII. Expansion of Fund Usage

In addition to continuing the fundraising purposes of the first phase, the funds raised in the second phase will also be used for:

• Strengthening Xone's security protection system and system upgrade work;

• Expanding Xone’s international community presence and providing support for more languages;

• Promoting the integration and deployment of more DApps and decentralized applications.

VIII. Risk Warning

Donations are entirely voluntary and spontaneous. We cannot guarantee any returns on contributions. We urge you to thoroughly understand and carefully evaluate the potential risks associated with donating, which include but are not limited to cryptocurrency market volatility, possible regulatory changes, delays or failures in technical development, and property losses due to hacking or system vulnerabilities.

IX. Additional Provisions

• Except for the content explicitly adjusted in this T&Cs, all other terms remain consistent with the first phase donation agreement.

• Please carefully review the entire T&Cs. By clicking "Agree," you confirm that you have fully understood and voluntarily accept all its terms and conditions.

• Huione Foundation reserves the right to the final interpretation of this T&Cs.
